Having recently stayed at Thewit Chicago, A Hilton Hotel, my experience was a mix of highs and lows. the location is unbeatable for attending shows at the Chicago Theater, with convenient valet parking making our outings stress-free. the room was spacious and luxurious, complete with a great shower and a relaxing soaker tub. Despite the initial hiccup with guest services not delivering a requested blanket, the overall comfort and view of the city made our one-night stay memorable. Vexingly, there were issues with room amenities like flickering lamps and malfunctioning device chargers, but the delicious food and the helpful staff, particularly Darnell, offered some solace. However, the lack of attention to detail and the unexpected post-checkout charges marred what could have been a perfect stay. In conclusion, while the hotel's location and ambiance are admirable, the room amenities and service need improvement to truly reflect the Hilton standard. It's unfortunate to say that Thewit Chicago won't be a top choice for my future travels.
